Video Blog #4: How the Dalai Deals with Impatience

Hello, beloved readers (or today, watchers). If I had to come up with one of my most unfortunate personality traits, it would be impatience. I’m keenly aware of this unflattering side of me and am always trying to improve it. Just ask Dalai Dan, master of patience and my teacher of all things “easygoing” – I’m a mess sometimes.

When you are watching, see if you can guess what I just came back from doing…it is a subtle clue, but one some of you should be able to detect. Lets just say, it was amazing and greatly needed.

Answer: a massage – evidenced by the red crease on my forehead that took two hours to go away. Isn’t getting old a drag?

I like your suggestion – although I am having a very hard time imagining you being impatient. :-) Fun to watch your video blogs, makes me feel like you are right here talking to me. (And you look so pretty – red mark and all!)
