When I’m 80 years old and I look back at my life I want to be able to say:

• I never stopped taking good care of myself
• I didn’t damage my children too much
• Dalai Dan and I still crack each other up
• I lived in other parts of the world
• I’ve gotten wiser, happier, and more peaceful with age
• My kids like each other
• I’ve worked with important leaders and thinkers
• I finished Annabelle’s baby book
• My children felt free to follow their life’s purpose
• I have all my teeth
• My grandchildren still want to come to my house
• I traveled all over the world helping people lead healthy and happy lives
• I wrote a book about it
