Wake up Your Immune System With This Tapping Method

Feeling under the weather? Sense that a cold is coming on?
Here is a way to boost your production of white blood cells:
Tap on your sternum several times through out the day
White blood cells (part of our immune system that seeks and destroys pathogens) are produced in the bone marrow and are “matured” in the thymus. When we are young, all of our bones make white blood cells, but as we age, only certain bone produce them – on being the sternum. These “undeveloped” white blood cells then populate the thymus (which is located right under the sternum) where they grow, mature and divide.
Giving your sternum gentle taps several times a day “wakes up” our bone marrow and thymus and tells them to get working!
An easy peasy way to help our immune system in the cold and flu season. I have done this for years after being taught by friend and health practitioner, Phoenix, from Well Being Health, and now am teaching my kids to do it.
Have a beautiful day and stay happy, peaceful and HEALTHY!

What a great tip! Is this related to EFT tapping? I have been exploring that topic as a tool for my kids.
I hope Phoenix answered your question, because, while I’ve done some research about EFT tapping, I don’t know a lot about it yet!
Hi Jeanne,
While some people in tapping the collar bone points inadvertently tap the area directly over the thymus these are not actually the same points.
Finding the point to stimulate the thymus is very simple. Approximately 1/2-3/4″ directly below the sternal notch is a flat spot on your sternum. The thymus is located underneath that spot. Tap away for 10-15 seconds at a time whenever you think about it.
I use it all the time and I rarely ever get sick.
With regard to EFT work, I find it to be incredibly useful and am a practitioner myself. If you need any support with it let me know, I would love to help if I can.

Oh, and thank you Lina for the post and including my website. I appreciate you.
We also need to get you on the schedule. ;)

So glad you explained more about it – you are much more qualified to do that! And, I do need to come in!!!
