Foto Friday

Want to uncover some of your subconscious beliefs? In this video I talk about how our strong emotions about others can give you a clue. The people we interact with every day are there to help reflect to us our own thoughts and emotions about ourselves. The more we use those opportunities to pay attention and evolve, the less they will bother us!

Have an amazing weekend, my beautiful friends!

I have a problem not putting myself down when I realize the things I’m mad about in other people are really about me….

I do hear you. Really. It isn’t about what you are doing wrong…but about uncovering why that is such a trigger for you. For example, I am most easily aggravated by my oldest son. If I had to articulate why he drives me nuts, it would sound something like this, “Max is impatient, critical, self-centered, and bossy.” I honestly know that he was reflecting to me the parts of myself that I didn’t approve of. Rather than beat myself up over these attributes, over the years I have acknowledged them, and embraced them! I have slowly begun to love all of myself – even the bossy, impatient parts. I have learned to laugh at myself and forgive myself. As time has gone by, I am much less aggravated by him because I have accepted those parts of myself! Of course, I also try to remember to be less bossy :) But moreover, I have learned to give myself a break! I hope that helps!

  2. Here’s to an AWESOME Weekend!!!

I had to watch this twice: once to get the message, again to admire your fab nail color. (okay, the first time was the nail color, the second was the message.) xoxo

Sorry it has taken me so long to respond…my weekend got away from me! And since that video, my Wildfire Red, Creative brand shellac nail has all been picked off. I am a self-proclaimed picker.

      Thanks for watching!

Thank you- it is much better to focus why it’s a trigger instead of beating myself up.
